Technique of The month

Hi All,
This technique is pretty basic,
Your opponent is throwing a straight left punch to your face,
from your safe distance(just outside the length of his leg) you are facing him as the punch approaches you turn sideways like a door opening and do a right down block ,hitting his arm
with the hard part of your arm just below the wrist let your hand slide down and catch his wrist
and hold,as you are doing this ,you do a right side kick to his ribs ,you still have hold of his wrist
so he can't move away from you. Now let go of his wrist as you do step down from doing the kick
and put your foot down so you are close to him squat down into a full horse and right backhand
his groin, this will bend him over putting him off balance,reach down with your right hand from the squatting position (full horse) grab the inside of his ankle and pull up and stand up at the same time
this will drop him on his back, keep hold of his ankle turn toward him and left stomp on his groin.

Be careful when practicing this technique you can easily break your partners ribs if you kick too
hard because your are holding him in one place he can't move away from the kick. Also make sure you and your partner know how to do a breakfall also so you don't hit your head on the take down.
Note:your turning , blocking ,grabbing his wrist and side kicking all at the same time, this should be one fluid movement , then do the rest of the technique.
